Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guide, motivate, train and manage cooks A’, B’ and C’, trainees and stewarding staff in order to exceed guest expectations.
  • Be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization.
  • Maintain the recipe library and plate specifications showed by the Executive Chef
  • Daily compliance with the hygiene, sanitation, HACCP and other related local rules and regulations throughout the kitchen
  • Personally guarantee that all guest allergy and dietary requirements are implemented as requested.
  • Be fully involved and actively encourage all form of training within the kitchen.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in the Hospitality Industry or Culinary Arts
  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie at a 4*/5* Hotel or Restaurant
  • Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the final condition of the guestrooms, common areas and other areas on the assigned floors.
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the floor assigned.
