Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand all food and beverage items offered including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
• Ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within health & safety standards.
• Prepare the ‘mise en place’ of the designated section.
• Adhere to all control procedures.
• Apply the recipes given by the Executive Chef.
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Executive Chef.

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate of culinary school.
• Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Positive, engaging personality, professional appearance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the final condition of the guestrooms, common areas and other areas on the assigned floors.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the floor assigned.
• Responsible for the performance of staff under supervision (maids, housemen).
• Directing, supervising all maids, assuring job assignments done on time.
• Reports any damage to guestroom, corridors or equipment seen.
• Prepares housekeeping status reports.
• Informs the front office about ready rooms.
• Carries out any other duties assigned by the Housekeeper.

Qualification and Experience:

• Working experience of at least 2 years at a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English language.
• Good knowledge of computer usage
• Strong organizational and analytic skills
• Ability to work in a team.
• Pleasant, honest and friendly personality, professional appearance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, lobbies, and service areas.
• Assist room attendants by removing soiled linens and trash.
• Set up, arrange, and maintain sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool and relaxation areas.
• Support the maintenance team with light gardening duties such as watering plants, trimming, etc.
• Respond to guests and colleagues in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.

Qualification and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of English and/or Greek language.
• Previous housekeeping or outdoor service experience is a plus, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean the room according to housekeeping department’s standard operating procedures.
• Clean public areas of hotel, offices and back of house areas to the standard required.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards etc.
• Deal with any guests’ requests as promptly as possible.
• Report all lost and found property to the Housekeeping Office.
• Address all guests and staff in a polite and professional manner.

Qualification and Experience:
