Currency/Room Rate
The official currency for Cyprus is the Euro (€). All our services in the hotel are payable in Euros.
All room rates quoted include current Service Charge, Municipality tax and Value Added Tax.

Credit Card Policy
Your credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will only be charged upon check-in from the hotel unless otherwise stated on the selected room rate/package.
For prepaid reservations, please note that the credit card used for payment should be present during check in.

Cancelation Policy
No free cancellation is allowed, special conditions apply. If cancelled the 10% deposit is non-refundable. In case of no-show the full amount of the reservations is charged.
For non-refundable bookings you will be charged the total price if you cancel the booking.

Early Departure
For early departures, fees are applied according to the conditions of the room booked.

Check in / Check out
Check in: Rooms are assigned after 14:00 hrs on the arrival date. In the event of arrivals before 14:00 hrs, you must pay for an additional night if you wish to have a room at your disposition. Rooms may be given to you earlier that 14:00 hrs without additional charge, subject to availability on the time of arrival. Note that breakfast is not included in this case on the first day.
Check out: Should you wish to guarantee your late check-out in advance; extra night can be booked with applicable 100% charges.
Late check-out on the day of departure is subject to availability and with the below charges:
Until 14:00: Free of Charge
Until 18:00: €50

Children Policy
Children aged from 2 up to 12 years old:
First child sharing room with two adults is free of Charge on Bed and Breakfast Basis and chargeable 50% on terms.
Second child sharing room with two adults is chargeable 50% on terms.

All Inclusive Terms
All inclusive basis starts at 14:00hrs on the arrival day and finishes at 12:00hrs (mid-day) on the day of departure. All inclusive status at the bars and restaurants is valid from 10:00 – 23:00 each day.
One drink allowance per person on each order applies.
Mini Bar items are not included in all inclusive Terms.
All alcoholic drinks are offered only to adults over 18 years of age.
Room service is not included in all inclusive Terms.
