Check-in Check-out

Yes we require photo identification for all reservations.

Yes based upon room availability. If you arrive at the hotel prior to the guaranteed check-in time of 14:00 and your room is available, our reception will check you in without any additional costs. If you would like to guarantee an early check-in, you can only do so by purchasing an additional night (the night before arrival).

Yes the charge is €50 until 18:00. This is however subject to room availability. Please check at our reception on your day of your departure.

Check-in begins at 14:00. Check-out is until 12:00.

 

Reservations

Yes we have only one standard inland view with a walk-in shower.  The accessibility room must be requested in advance.

Yes our standard inland, side sea view and sea view rooms have the possibility of a connecting door. Connecting rooms must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Transportation

Yes we have on-site parking which is free for all residents of the hotel.

The tourist area of Pernera is just a 10 minute walk away where you can find several shops, bars and restaurants. There are a lot more in the main strip of Protaras which you can reach with just a 10 minute bus drive which costs 1.5 Euros. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. For more information about the bus timetables please visit our reception.

Yes you can hire a bicycle from our reception.

Yes you can apply from our reception desk for more information.

No we do not have a shuttle service from the airport, however we can arrange a taxi transfer for you which takes approximately 45 minutes. The charge is dependent on the number of persons and time of travel. For more information please send us a request contact us.

Directions from Larnaca Airport:

  1. From Larnaca Airport, follow the highway and signs to Ayia Napa / Paralimni.
  2. At the end of the highway you will come up to a roundabout.
  3. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the second roundabout.
  4. Continue straight and at the next roundabout turn right following the signs towards Protaras.
  5. At the next roundabout continue straight.
  6. You will reach a T junction (traffic lights). Turn left and then the first right and after that the first left. Continue on that road towards the beach.

Restaurant

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Light snacks are available from 10:30-12:00 and 15:30-17:00 at the pool bar. Only local alcoholic drinks are included in the All Inclusive Package (spirits, cocktails, beers, wine, juices and soft drinks). Please note that the all inclusive status is valid from 14:00 on the check-in date until 12:00 on the check-out day. On the other days of your stay the all inclusive status is valid from 10:00 to 23:00.

Breakfast is included, dinner on the day of arrival, and either lunch or dinner for the remaining days. Please inform our maitre D’s as to which you prefer each day. Please note that drinks are not included and that on the day of departure only breakfast is included.

Yes we provide high chairs in both of our restaurants.

Yes we have an allergy board displaying what food is suitable however it is advisable to speak with our chefs in order to get more expert advice. If there is not something suitable for you within our buffet we will make sure to attend to your needs.

Yes subject to availability. You can choose from the buffet or a la carte options.

There is a smart casual dress code for the evening dining. You are kindly requested to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner according to the hotel’s policies and regulations (gentlemen no shorts, no sleeveless t-shirts and no sandals).

Breakfast is served at the Atrium Restaurant from 07:00 to 10:00.

Lunch is served at the Mediterranean Tavern from 12:30 to 15:00.

Dinner is served at the Atrium Restaurant from 19:00 to 22:00.

 

Beach & Pool Facilities

Yes we have an indoor pool which is heated once outdoor temperature reaches below 17° C. For the months of April and second fortnight of October the indoor pool can be used by everyone. For the remaining months this is for the sole use of our guests who use the Spa facilities. You will need to have a treatment for the use of the indoor pool.

Yes there is charge of €10 for a day, €40 for a week and €90 for a month. Children under the age of 12 are half price.

Yes we provide beach towels free of charge which you will find in your room upon arrival and can change once per day at our spa area.
These are for the sole use of residents.

Yes we provide beach chairs and umbrellas within our terraces, which you can use free of charge.
These are for the sole use of residents.
Please note that the beach is not property of the hotel (but of the municipality), and there is a fee to use the beach chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel is situated right on the beach.

Yes you can exchange currency from our reception.

Yes we offer a laundry service (not in-house). You can find the prices in your room.

Yes all areas of the hotel are easily accessible with a wheelchair except the beach, which as well is reachable but from outside the hotel. Yes, there are accessibility toilets on floor -1 towards the parking area.
